Welcome to GoEstateLawPro.com, a legal service platform for realtors. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services.

1. Services

We offer legal consultations, contract drafting, and compliance reviews tailored for real estate professionals. All services are provided in accordance with applicable Swiss law and professional standards.

2. Fees and Payment

All fees are agreed upon prior to commencement of services. Payment is due upon invoice receipt and may be made via wire transfer or credit card. Late payments may incur additional charges.

3. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure client satisfaction with our legal services. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of payment by providing a written notice stating the grounds for your request. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have used the completed deliverables in any legal proceedings.

Refund requests should be submitted via our Contact Form. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Consultation fees are non-refundable after the session has commenced; document drafting fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis based on the portion of work completed.

We reserve the right to decline a refund if we determine that the services were rendered in good faith and according to agreed specifications. Any denied refund requests will be accompanied by an explanation of the decision.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
